Tomorrow instead of our regularly scheduled walk, head over to the Sports and Recreation Center (Building 1R) Gym at noon for Strength Training with Marianne McLaughlin. (Meet at the bottom of the stairs.) or

Donna Scimeca on Mindfulness and  Yoga in Building 1A, Room 406).

Over the weekend, your homework assignment is to take the time to go online and watch the video. (You will need between 15 to 20 minutes.)

PS:  If you plan to attend the Acupuncturist session on May 23 at noon, you need to RSVP. (Space is limited and filling up quickly.)
