The men’s volleyball team will travel the Bronx for a tri-match against Lehman and Sarah Lawrence College starting at Noon. The Dolphins defeated Sarah Lawrence, 3-0, earlier this season in a tri-match with NJCU and have fallen to Lehman College, 0-3, in a conference tri-match.

Players To Watch (SLC): Callan Moor paces the way for the Gryphons with 70 kills, 79 digs, and 8 blocks. Harris Silcott is second on the team with 29 kills and 63 digs. Setter Ithai Diakov has 108 assists, good for first on the team.
Players To Watch (LC): Roberto ventura Diaz and Yordy Diaz combine for 298 kills, Roberto paces the team with 155 kills, in 19 games. The Diaz duo are a dominant defensive presence as they Roberto has 103 digs and Yordy as 134 digs. The Lightening is led by Jose Bautista with 153 digs. Setters Emmanuel Ortiz (304 assists) and George Montilla (147 assists) will play a vital part in the Lightening offense.
News & Notes: The Dolphins have toppled Sarah Lawrence earlier this season, 3-0, in a non-conference tri-match for their second win of the season. However, the Lightning defeated the Dolphins 0-3 in a conference tri-match with CCNY, where Staten Island split the win with Lehman. Against Sarah Lawrence, Danil Kukovitskiy dominated the court with 6 kills, and 2 blocks. Dolphins Steven Caruso had a team-high of 5 aces in the win. Against Lehman, the Dolphins struggled to fight back from the Lehman offense, where Adil El Haddad had a team-high of 10 digs and Anthony Vigilante, Zebin Guo and Ronald Tisbe each had 5 digs.
