On Sunday, Apr. 2 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P) Atrium from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, popular Island restaurants will showcase their signature dishes and describe how they are prepared at the Eighth Annual Scholarship Fundraiser to benefit CSI students, with more than 38 scholarships granted since 2010.

Sample the bountiful cuisine and enjoy wine tasting, beverages, desserts, music, and raffles.

The $40 online registration ends Friday, Mar. 31. Beginning Saturday, Apr. 1, General Admisssion tickets ($50) will be available via credit card by calling the CSI Alumni Office at 718.982.2290, and at the door on the day of the event, cash or check only.

The event will feature special appearances by celebrity guest chefs Rob Burmeister, Eddie Canlon, and John Sierp from Food Network’s Chopped.
