Under the guidance of first-year Head Coach Lak Wai (Larry) Ng, the College of Staten Island women’s volleyball team will be looking to usher in a new era of action on the hardwood when it gets set to debut it’s 2017 season in August. In anticipation, the team is holding an interest meeting on Monday, July 17, at 7:00pm at the CSI Sports & Recreation Center, Room 204.
Ng, CSI’s newest head coach having come aboard just last week, is excited about the new beginning. The Dolphins will utilize the preseason in mid-August to hold open tryouts, but all interested parties should attend the info session which will outline the season ahead. Prior to trying out, and kicking off the season, potential student-athletes need to have successfully completed a physical evaluation. Physical forms can be found on the web HERE.
