The College of Staten Island women’s soccer team returns to action today and will want to return to their winning ways.  The women travel to Rosemont, PA to take on Rosemont College this afternoon at 2:00 pm for another non-conference game.

Players to Watch (CSI): Kaila DiBenedetto and the four defenders in front of her will want to return to their early season form.  That unit was a wall early in the year, however, they have allowed 10 goals over their last four contests.  Susan Aracena sits in second on the team with two goals and will look to net her third goal of the season this afternoon after being held scoreless in her last two games.
Players to Watch (RC): Maciana Mazzeo has been lethal this season, netting 13 goals in 9 games. Mazzeo’s 13 goals have her in the top-5 of the nation.  Victoria Kasper has been the general on the pitch for the Ravens and has tallied three assists on the year.
News and Notes: The Ravens average three goals per game while allowing two goals against.  In their 9 games played, the Ravens have only been shut out once which came against Bryn Athen earlier in the year. The Ravens recently snapped a six-game losing skid with an 8-0 win over Notre Dame of Maryland. The Dolphins have stumbled as of late, being shutout in two of their last three contests. The Dolphins have tallied 16 goals this season while allowing 13.
