The College of Staten Island swimming & diving squad is back in action this afternoon for the second consecutive day when they take on the Devils of FDU-Florham at 1:00 pm at the CSI Sports & Recreation Center. CSI was able to level out at .500 when they defeated Brooklyn College last night.

Players to Watch (CSI):  Victoria Crea and Alicia Defonte had solid outings for the Dolphins last night, picking up several first-place finishes to help their team pick up their first win of the season. Ewa Wojciechowska also continued to shine for the Dolphins in the meet against Brooklyn. Jonathan Gorinshteyn has swam well this season and will look to continue that form this afternoon. Ayman El Haddad and Adil El Haddad will team up on the diving boards to help aid the Dolphins with some extra points. 
Players to Watch (FDU): Molly Miller will look to take first again in the 1000-yard freestyle in this afternoon’s meet. Mackenzie Doherty earned third in her last outing in the 100-yard breaststroke. Nick DiBenedetto notched a third-place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle in his last outing.
News & Notes: The Dolphins and Devils will square off for the first time in their history.  Staten Island is trending upward after coming off of a win while the Devils have dropped five straight to start their season.
