Below is an update on the next phases of the Loop Road construction project:
Phase 9 – Is now complete. On the online map, the section of roadway (highlighted in green) between Willowbrook Park and the softball and Athletic fields is now open to traffic in both directions. The striping of this section of the roadway will take place on Friday, reflective lane dividers have been installed to provide the necessary traffic control over the next couple of days.
Phase 6 – Effective Monday morning (Nov. 27), the section of roadway by the back gate (highlighted in red) will be closed in both directions for approximately three weeks. As a result, all traffic entering the campus through the back gate will be required to make a left turn to get to your destination and exit in the opposite direction if your planned exit will be through the back gate. Access to Parking Lot 3 will remain open with access through the north and south entrances. The Loop Bus will not be able to circle the campus; therefore, the Loop Bus will operate between the main gate and the Administrative Loop as we did during the first phases of the project. Additionally, the Ferry Shuttle and S93 will resume their normal drop off and pick up schedule on the Administrative Loop.
