All-Time Series:  First Meeting
Players to Watch (CSI): The Dolphins are being led offensively by a pair of weekly winners from the CUNYAC this past week.  Patricia Riches is hitting .615 over CSI’s first eight games, adding three doubles and a team-best six runs scored.  Sierra Kaplanek was awarded Rookie of the Week honors after batting .500, flashing power with a team-best four doubles and a home run.  Kaplanek also leads the team with seven RBI.  Antoinette Galbo is up over the .300 mark, as she is batting .304, sporting a pair of sacrifices as well.  In the circle, Jaclyn Kateridge is leading the charge, having pitched 37.2 innings, posting a 4.46 ERA.
Players to Watch (STV): Melissa Alfonso is leading the team in hitting, batting a crisp .444 in eight games played.  Samantha Schattin is right there with her at .438 through a full 10 games, putting up five RBI as well.  She shares the RBI lead with Madison Gemma, who is at .367, with a team-best four doubles and a home run as well.  In the circle, look for Marissa Capello to take charge.  She has two of Stevens’ three wins and a team-best 3.27 ERA
News & Notes:  Today marks the first time these two teams are meeting.  They were supposed to show down earlier this season on March 9, but poor weather knocked out the doubleheader.  Both come in looking to overturn losing streaks.  CSI is 0-8 this season and are on a 10-game skid dating back to last season.  Stevens enters at 3-7, and are on a three-game skid, having lost a single to Oswego State before falling twice most recently to The College of New Jersey.
