CSI started strong, posting a sweep of the three Doubles flights when play kicked off. Ivi Selenica and Alex Tsui got the job done in the top spot, winning 8-3 over Matias Sanchez and Garrett Hsuan. It took a bit more time, but the No. 2 team of Matthew Vesci and Tao Lin eventually surged to an 8-6 win over Francesco Lagioia and Andrew Varoli. Meanwhile at the bottom of the order, the team of Raymond Hwang and Lesly DeCastro stayed hot with a convincing, 8-1, winner over Dinj Kapoor and Alex Wah.
The teams decided to play eight-game pro-sets to determine the Singles winners, and there, CSI looked very impressive again. Vesci, playing in the No. 1 position, posted an 8-2 win over Lagioia in the top spot, while Selenica got through Sanchez at No. 2, 8-1. Hwang was an 8-4 winner over Kapoor at No. 3, while at No. 5, Alex Tsui soared to an 8-2 win over Varoli. At No. 6, Decastro was simply overpowering in an 8-0 win over Wah.
