Ewing, NJ | In an unscored team meet at The College of New Jersey, the College of Staten Island outdoor Track & Field teams showcased this season for the first of two events that will take place on the Ewing campus.  CSI had 13 competitors on both the men’s and women’s sides representing in a jam-packed meet that featured plenty of action.  Because of the weather, not all of the field events were performed today and were pushed until tomorroe.

WOMEN’S MEET HIGHLIGHTS
1,500-meter Run – Kharyn Ethridge continued her great pacing with a finish of 5:05.28, good for 5th among 53 runners at the meet, including the first in her respective heat.

100-meter Dash – Deavion Brown finished third in her heat at 12.70, which was good enough to finish fourth overall among the 88 participants.  Vassageia Watson finished 68th overall with a time of 15.11, while Sarah Andes was 73rd at 15.41.

800-meter Run – Ethridge was the top of three Dolphins in this race, coming in at a time 2:35.98, good for 34th among 87 runners.  Tristiana Adragna finished 44th with a time of 2:41.80, while Victoria DeBernardo finished at 3:09.44 which was good for 80th.

200-meter Dash – Deavion Brown was the leader again among four runners who had their turn in the 200.  Brown turned in a time of 26.03, which saw her finish 7th overall in the field of 113.  Rachel Edmonds was next in at 30.48, good for 87th, while Watson was right on her heels at 30.67 for 89th.  Cassidy Iannariello posted a time of 32.75, good for 100th.

Discuss – Stephanie DaSilva placed 30th overall in the field of 40 with a mark of 15.32 meters.

MEN’S MEET HIGHLIGHTS
1,500-meter Run – Five Dolphins took part in the 1,500, and leading the charge was CSI’s Liam McMunn, who finished 22nd overall with a time of 4:17.23 among the field of 98 racers.  Spencer Milito was next in tow with a time of 4:35.27, landing him in 58th place.  Ahmed Khodir took 76th with a time of 4:53.76, and Daniel Palmieri finished at 5:16.13 for 94th.  Trevin Robinson also participated and came in at a time of 5:36.87.

100-meter Dash – Jordan Thompson was the leader here for CSI, coming in 26th place overall with a time of 11.67.  Wilson Esguerra was next in at 12.32, landing him in 55th.  Olatain Okeowo placed 66th at 12.46, while Canaan Rodriguez finished 73rd with a time of 12.64.

400-meter Dash – Jared Nusser earned a great 12th place finish in the 90-man race, scoring a time of 51.36.  David Outlaw was at 55.10, which put him in 61st.  Jaron Thompson was next in at 58.48 for a 77th-place finish and Justin Fernandez was at 1:01.03 to land in 83rd.

800-meter Run – Six Dolphins finished here, led again by McMunn, who came in 16th overall among 107 racers. McMunn posted a time of 2:00.89.  Jaron Thompson was next at 2:16.46 for 76th, while Khodir posted a time of 2:18.56 for 82nd.  Justin Fernandez (97th) was in at 2:30.52, while Palmieri and Robinson came in back-to-back at 2:35.48, and 2:35.92, respectively.

3k Run – Spencer Milito led the way here with a 32nd place finish and a time of 10:00.70.
