Information Technology Services is aware of fraudulent email that is asking users to reset their password. The email appears as if it is coming from CUNY. Also the body of the email contains information asking for payment using a Bitcoin transaction.
Do not respond to this email. Information Technology Services has implemented all of the necessary security protocols and have contacted CUNY.
