Please join us for Accessing Higher Ground: Accessible Media, Web, and Technology Conference from Wednesday, Nov. 20 to Friday, Nov. 22 in the CSI Library (Building 1L). This virtual conference is open to all members of the CSI community, including faculty, staff, and students. It is relevant to those in disability services, IT, graphic design, education, instructional design, or any interested faculty and students. Drop in for any, a few, or all sessions.

Attendees will:
-learn about the benefits of accessible media, Universal Design, and Assistive Technology
-gain a better understanding of on-campus accommodations and accessible curriculum in higher education
-hear talks on legal and policy issues, including ADA and Section 508 compliance, in the University, business, and public setting
-learn about creating accessible information resources, including most effective methods in Web design
