As we launch Phase 1 of the Campus-wide Restroom Reconstruction Project, please be advised that restroom service disruptions will begin in several campus locations.
To minimize inconvenience and maintain restroom accessibility, construction will be completed in phases. Every effort will be made to ensure that restroom facilities remain available on each floor or on the floor directly above or below the affected areas.
This project will create new restrooms and renovate existing facilities to ensure ADA accessibility and provide the code-required number of plumbing fixtures. The work includes the installation of new fixtures, floor drains, and ADA-compliant drinking fountains in all newly constructed and renovated restroom areas.
Construction activities will generally occur between 6:00am and 2:30pm. To minimize disruptions to campus operations, work that generates significant noise, such as core drilling, will be limited to the hours of 6:00am to 9:00am whenever possible.
