CSI Tuesday Is Coming

Giving Tuesday, a global day of online giving, is the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, taking place on Dec. 3 this year. CSI, along with the colleges of CUNY, will be taking part.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 for scholarships. To assist us in this effort, our three volunteer boards, the CSI Alumni Association, the CSI Foundation, and The Friends of CSI have each generously offered to match $1,000 for the first $1,000 we raise, for a total of $3,000!  

Here are some ways our campus community, alumni, and community partners can help:

• Round up your purchase and donate at the Park Café Thanksgiving Buffet on Thursday, Nov. 21 or at the Campus Center Cafeteria on Dec. 3.    
• Get an early start and make your donation at csi.cunytuesday.org.
• CSI employees can now make a one-time or recurring payroll donation via CUNY payroll deduction form   . Learn more Payroll deduction FAQs    .

• Please share our effort on your social media accounts. Let others know how important giving to CSI Scholarships is, using hashtags #CSITUESDAY #CUNYTUESDAY to help spread the word.

There is power in numbers and power in giving. It’s not about how much you give, it’s simply about being part of an amazing day of giving back and paying it forward for our students.
