The Division of Campus Planning, Facilities Management, and Operations is working hard to ensure that general maintenance matters are addressed and capital projects are funded. Currently, CSI has more than $100M allocated in State Capital funds for specific projects. Among the funded projects that are in progress are: Academic Stair Tower exterior roof repairs, sidewalk replacement, entry plaza reconstruction, Campus Center/Dining Hall/Kitchen reconstruction, and continuation of Building 2M design and construction.
In addition to the above projects, we recently replaced hot water heaters in multiple buildings, replaced overhead lighting fixtures and ceiling tiles, and continue to work on the upkeep of restrooms.
