As we get closer to finals, the need for more individualized assistance arises, especially in areas of Blackboar pertaining to tests, quizzes, interacting with student’s work, and grading. In an effort to answer as many individual and department-specific questions as possible, this week, we would like to invite you to participate in one of the following virtual question-and-answer forums being offered by the Faculty Center for Professional Development:
- Troubleshooting Blackboard: A Faculty Center Virtual Q & A: Is something not looking or working as you want it to inside your course on Blackboard (Bb)? Do you have a question about creating content for your Bb course, or interacting with students via Bb? Are you having difficulty creating tests in Bb? Are you unsure how to deal with technical difficulties? Are you having difficulty creating assignments, discussion boards, groups, etc. in Bb? Are you having difficulties grading work submitted by students or using the grade center in general? Are you having difficulty setting tool parameters or permissions for your online content in Bb? If so, attend this open question-and-answer forum, hosted by one of the Blackboard LMS Specialists from the CSI Faculty.
There is no sign-up needed to participate in any of the trainings offered. To attend, simply click on the access link provided anytime within 15 minutes of the start of the workshop. Once clicked, Blackboard Collaborate will appear at the top of the screen. It will show the specific training session you are joining and offer a place for you to type your name (please enter both your first and last name). Select Join Session after typing your full name.
