College Assistants who do not have enough hours left to work their regularly scheduled hours next week (July 27 – July 31) because they have exhausted the maximum 87 hours previously alloted for the month of July, may extend their hours (and thus their appointments for July) up to 92 hours maximum. This will safeguard employee health coverage for those who typically work 20 hours a week. PAFs do not need to be revised; the additional hours (not to exceed 92 hours for the month) just need to be reflected on the weekly timesheet. This applies only to those College Assistants who were appointed with the maximum 87 hours on the July Mass Reappointment spreadsheet.
