NYC Health Benefits Program Rate Changes – Effective July 1, 2020

The New York City Office of Labor Relations (OLR) has published new health plan rates that went into effect on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. The new health insurance rate changes will be reflected on the Thursday, July 16, 2020 paycheck.

  Please note: GHI-CBP rates are subject to change.

Please also note that the annual Transfer Period will be held in the fall. You will be notified of the exact dates. During that period, employees can:

· Transfer to another health plan

· Add or drop an optional rider

· Elect the Buy-Out Waiver Program

Any changes selected during the Fall Transfer Period will become effective the first day of the first full pay period in January 2021.
