The NY State Comptroller’s Office will be mailing 2020 Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) directly to employees’ home addresses on record in the State Payroll System. This is the address on your paystub or paycheck. If this address is not correct, please email the correct address to humanresources@csi.cuny.edu
This request must be emailed by Friday, Dec. 11 in order for your W-2 to be sent to the correct address.
