The Global Kitchen Lecture Series, consisting of four live-cooking demonstrations via Zoom, will explore the interactions between various cuisines, cooking traditions, heritage stories, and entrepreneurship. Each session will look at a different tradition of culinary activity through the lens of local heritage cultures. Each presenter will explain the defining produce, herbs, and spices, and share their unique story. They will lead the audience through a 30-minute recipe, with ingredients shared in advance, so the audience can participate.

This Global Kitchen Mini Lecture Series is sponsored by the Center for Global Engagement and the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden.

This program is funded by the Campus Activities Board using Student Activity Fees. This is a PG CLUE event and free to CSI community.
