This is a reminder for eligible employees, that when submitting your CUNY Employee Tuition Waiver Form for the Summer or Fall 2021 semester, to please use the updated form. If you have a copy of the old form please discard it.

PLEASE NOTE: Completed CUNY Employee Tuition Waiver Forms must be submitted to the Bursar at the college of enrollment prior to the start of the semester.
