Title of the Lecture: “The Three Sovereigns”
Description: An introduction to Federal Indian Law and Policy from the Pre-Colonial period to the present era of Self-Determination. This lecture will provide a historical framework of the relationship between the federal, state and tribal governments of the United States.
Biography: Professor George Emilio Sanchez is a performance artist and writer. He is a Professor in the Dramatic Arts program in the Performing and Creative Arts Department. He has taught as a COR faculty member for 11 years.
