It is with great sorrow that we announce to the College community the passing of Jennifer Straniere, Performing Arts Technical Manager in the Department of Performing and Creative Arts. Jennifer worked at CSI for almost 18 years and will be missed by both colleagues and students alike.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 14 at Harmon Funeral Home, located at 571 Forest Avenue, Staten Island from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and again from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 15 at Temple Israel, located at 315 Forest Ave, Staten Island at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, Jennifer’s family is working with the CSI Foundation to establish a performing arts scholarship in Jennifer’s name.
The College community sends its sympathy to Jennifer’s family.
