This communication is to inform you about a new queuing system that will be implemented for the spring semester using an application called QLESS. Working collaboratively with the Office of Enrollment Services/Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar, Bursar, and HelpDesk, this product was unanimously selected. QLESS, which has been branded “QCSI” will be replacing our current antiquated system currently being used in the lobby of Building 2A (Enrollment Services).

The ability for students to schedule appointments from their mobile devices, as well as receive notifications, became a priority especially during these unusual times.

You’re busy. Don’t waste time standing in line. QCSI will let you know when it’s your turn. Students can use our new mobile scheduling tool, QCSI, to check in, from anywhere, to the CSI IT HelpDesk in Building 2A, as well as schedule themselves for appointments with Enrollment Services, the Registrar, the Bursar, and Admissions.

QCSI can be accessed via a mobile app, on campus kiosk, or Website, and allows students to join a virtual queue in order to meet with a CSI staff member. QLESS will eliminate long lines and provide for greater efficiencies around scheduling resources. Students will be able to join the QLESS queue virtually from anywhere and get real-time updates on their wait times. Furthermore, the system will send the student an alert when it is their turn.

Instructions on how to login to QLESS, as well as additional documentation, can be found on our QLESS Website.
