I am very pleased to announce that Pat Canale has joined CSI as Interim Registrar effective today. Pat has deep experience as a registrar. She served in the Registrar’s office at St. John’s University from 2000-2017, then served as registrar at Queensborough from 2017-2019. Most recently, she was Assistant Vice President at Pace University. I am grateful to Pat that she is willing to serve in this interim role in light of the unexpected vacancy created by Juline Robinson’s move to the University Registrar’s Office. We are in the process of setting up national searches for the Registrar and the Associate Registrar for Records and Compliance (Juline’s position before she became Interim Registrar), and hope to have permanent candidates in those roles by the start of the fall semester or shortly thereafter. In the meantime, please join me in welcoming Pat to CSI.
