We have put together an exciting panel including Ruby Chen (Solare Global), Nicole Di Lena, (Di Lena’s Dolcini), Maji Mashriqi (Halal City), and Mario Rapaglia (Bario’s Pizzeria).
The panel will be moderated by Natalia Sandor (Sand Bars Handcrafted and Blackstone LaunchPad at CSI) and the foreword will be provided by James McBratney (Jimmy Max and The Staten Island Restaurant and Tavern Association.)
