Subject: WEBINAR – How to select the right chartfield when creating a requisition – BMC, CSI

Dear colleagues:

You are cordially invited to attend a webinar hosted by the Office of the University Controller next Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 2pm.

The main topics of this webinar are:

  1. Why category code and chartfiled are important?
  2. How to select the correct category code and chartfield for the requisition? (with examples)
  3. What resources are available?
  4. Q&A

The webinar will be recorded and posted on the Blackboard for future use. However Q&A session will not be recorded. The benefit of attending this webinar is to ask ANY questions related to the category codes and chartfields in the requisitions that you might have and get them answered!

IMPORTANT: Due to a significant number of CUNYBuy users  who create requisitions, this email is being sent to each school individually. The number of participants is limited. Our recommendation is to reserve a conference room and watch this webinar with your team members who also received this invitation. We are asking you to cancel your registration if you can no longer attend to give a chance to your colleagues to participate.

An attached HOLD can be added to your calendar. The actual meeting invite with the zoom link will be sent on Monday after 3pm.

Registration link: https://forms.office.com/r/b3tPagSnMk . The registration will be closed @ 3pm on Monday, 7/31/23.

Feel free to forward this email if we missed anyone from your team.
