Join Prof. Hosu Kim on Thursday, Aug. 17 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm via Zoom for a virtual pedagogy workshop based on the College of Staten Island as an active site of learning. She organized a campus tour in Fall 2022 for the Psychosocial Aspects of Disability class. In juxtaposing the past wrong doings at Willowbrook and the present dilemma of the college, the class disrupts a reductionist understanding of Willowbrook and tries to connect lives in between, imagining the decolonial future together.
