The University Human Resources (UHR) Professional Development and Learning (PDL) Office will be offering sessions this fall semester on Managing Your Hybrid Workforce for supervisors and managers, CUNY-wide. This free training will be offered remotely and will run for two hours. Interested employees can register for one of the two following dates:
· -Thursday Sept. 28 from 11:00am – 1:00pm
· -Tuesday October 24 from 11:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Zoom (Link to be provided five business days before the scheduled session)
We encourage managers with a hybrid team to attend the session. The topics that will be covered are designed to help you navigate the remote/hybrid landscape and they include: What is a Hybrid Work Environment, Challenges and Solutions, Keys for Managing a Hybrid Workforce, and Motivation and Benefits.
Please go online to register for one of the upcoming sessions. The deadline to register is Tuesday Sept. 12 at 5:00pm.
