The Business Office is currently in the process of closing out Purchase Orders from Fiscal Year 2024. Part of that process includes reducing Purchase Orders to their expended amount and cancelling unexpended POs to reconcile the budget. Requisition creators may receive notification from CUNYBuy over the next few weeks while the procurement team performs these closeout tasks–you may disregard any CUNYBuy system-generated messages about existing PO modifications and reductions. The Procurement Office willbe in touch in the event that there is a matter that requires requisition creator intervention.
