The Fall 2024 Health Insurance Transfer Period (Open Enrollment) will take place from Friday, Nov. 1, 2024 – Saturday, Nov 30, 2024 for an effective date of Jan. 1, 2025. Please see the online memo for detailed information on what types of changes can be made and links to necessary forms.
The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Program Open Enrollment Period for Plan Year 2025 is Mondaay, Sept. 23, 2024 –Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, for an effective date of Jan. 1, 2025. The Plan Year 2025 FSA Program Brochure and the Plan Year 2025 FSA Enrollment/Change Form will be made available next week on the Office of Labor Relations (OLR) Website under Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)- Forms and Downloads. All Plan Year 2025 FSA Enrollment/Change Forms should be uploaded to the secure site and we suggest you retain a copy for your records.
