The “Friends of CSI” is proud to present its Literary Luncheon with special guest, author Marianna Randazzo, on Sunday, November 3, on Staten Island.

Randazzo will take guests on an emotional and thrilling journey through two of her most compelling works, Given Away, and Haunted Staten Island, at the event, which runs from 12-4pm at Osteria Santina (502 Jewett Avenue). Admission is $85 per person whih includes a full luncheon and program. Books will be available for purchase at the luncheon as well.

In Given Away, A Sicilian Upbringing, Marianna transports us to 1935 Sicily, where the young Tina navigates a world of strife, hardship, and resilience amid the turmoil of fascist rule. This deeply moving novel based on a true story explores the indomitable human spirit and the necessity of remembering our history. In her latest release, Haunted Staten Island, Marianna delves into the eerie past of Staten Island, unraveling its most chilling legends and ghostly tales. Through historical accounts and firsthand testimonies, she reveals the Island’s haunted secrets—from spectral hitchhikers on desolate roads to the ghostly figures haunting historic homes.
