The Staten Island Advance recently chronicled the construction completion celebration of the $111M Living Breakwaters project in Tottenville this past Saturday. Among the over 150 people who attended the event was CSI Professor of Earth and Environmental Science Alan Benimoff, who spoke to Advance reporter Gracelyn Santos on the importance of the project to Staten Island.
