As we approach Commencement, preparations across campus are intensifying to ensure a successful and celebratory event for our graduates and their guests.
Please be advised that effective Thursday, May 1, 2025, Facilities will only accept work orders related to emergencies or event-specific setups. All other requests will be deferred until after Commencement activities have concluded. To support our teams in delivering a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you submit any non-emergency and non-event-related work orders prior to May 1, or plan to submit them after the ceremony.
Additionally, regarding furniture requests, please note that the deadline to submit requests for the current year was Tuesday, Apr. 1, 2025. This message serves as a reminder that the deadline has now passed. Any new furniture requests should be planned and submitted for the next fiscal year commencing on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
