Information Technology is excited to share our Fall 2025 newsletter. Lots going on in the world of IT, which is summarized for easy viewing. This summer in particular has kept us busy, especially with network upgrades, computer replacements, and security updates.
Speaking of security, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) has been applied to the CUNY login, including any services that leverage the CUNY login account (e.g., Zoom, Brightspace, Dropbox). Instructions can be found under the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tab on our Website.
In order to provide technology assistance as the start of the semester, IT set up triage stations to assist those who need support. Our hours can be found using the hyperlinks below.
