Once again, we will be partnering with WorkWell NYC, with a registered nurse from Affiliated Physicians administering free flu shots for all employees regardless of insurance provider.

Two Breakout Seminars will be offered during the fair:
- Chair Yoga by Donna Scimeca at 12PM in 1P-116This course is designed for those who cannot stand for long periods, or who cannot work on a floor mat (also perfect for days when you are at work and just need a bit of a stretch!) Chair yoga allows you to improve your flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing with the support of a chair. Participants will learn chair-based yoga postures (both seated and standing) as well as breathing techniques focusing on relaxation and stress reduction. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
- Medicare 101 by Eric Hausman at 1PM in 1P-Williamson Theatre
 What does Medicare cost? Do I need to enroll when I turn 65? If I do not, will I have a penalty? Get answers to these questions and many more, as you learn to navigate Enrollment in Medicare and understand your Costs in Medicare.
