To combat increasingly sophisticated phishing and other email-based attack campaigns, CUNY is mandating that all campus mail servers raise the security level for inbound threat detection. As a result, some legitimate emails may be flagged by these enhanced filters and moved to your quarantine folder. You can release, allow sender, or block sender messages directly from the “Email Quarantine” email you receive with the subject line “End User Digest: # New Messages.” A sample of the digest is online.
