As the fiscal year comes to an end, we would like to emphasize the importance of receipting for your goods/services in a timely manner. The last day to enter a receipt is Tuesday, July 14 for Tax-Levy and Monday, July 6 for NTL. Receipts must be entered into CUNYBuy for all goods and services that are received on or before Thursday, June 30. When entering receipts into CUNYBuy, the receipt date defaults to the date of entry and must be modified–receipts must be dated June 30 or prior.
We have been informed by the CUNYBUY team the date on the receipts is crucial and needs to have this date as they are unable to fix the date on a completed receipt. If this occurs, this expense will be charged to your FY 27 budget.
