The Paid Parental Leave Policy provides for eight weeks of paid parental leave upon the birth or adoption of a child for full-time members of the Professional Staff Congress bargaining unit, who have a minimum of one year of service with CUNY. The employee must complete an Application for Paid Parental Leave and submit it to Human Resources.
