The Center for International Service will sponsor a one-day Passport Day on Tuesday, Nov. 13 in the Center’s Lounge in Building 2A, Room 206 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. In addition, we will be issuing International Student and Educator Identity Cards. Students and faculty may obtain discounts on various services by purchasing a card.
At the event, you can apply for a new passport or renew a well-worn document. Please tell your students and friends about this event. Obtaining a passport is the first step to a life-changing international experience.
If you are interested in this service, we strongly encourage you to complete one of the following application forms DS -11(Application Form) and DS-82 (Renewal Form) and read the “Passport Book Application Checklist” before Nov. 13. The checklist outlines all the fees and required documents. Hard copies of the passport application and ISIC forms can be picked up at the Center for International Service in Building 2A, Room 206. You can also access the forms from the Center’s Website. Details on the requirements to obtain a passport in general, and forms are available online.
