The College of Staten Island women’s basketball team won for the third straight time, using a late surge to catapult over Emerson College, 68-66, at Emerson’s campus in Boston, Massachusetts, this afternoon.  The win lifted the Dolphins to 3-1 overall while the Lions fell to 3-1.
