Would you like to teach English or conduct your own research project overseas and gain global cultural experience that will make you a more competitive candidate in your field? Then the Fulbright U.S. Student Program may be a perfect fit for you.
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program provides grants for individually designed study/research projects or English Teaching Assistantships for up to a full academic year. During their grants, Fulbrighters meet, work, live with, and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences. Students are provided with round-trip transportation, health benefits, and a stipend to cover room and board and daily living expenses. More information about the program is available online.
Join the Career and Scholarship Center on Thursday, Apr. 16 for an information session led by Tony Claudino, Director of Fulbright Student Program Outreach, where you can learn details about the fellowship as well as how to build a competitive application. The session will take place in Building 3N, Room 104 from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Although students are eligible to apply by their senior year, we highly encourage interested freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to attend as well. Students of any major are welcome.
