Tai Chi master Qun Cheng will lead a workshop on Thursday, Nov. 19 in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P), Room 218 from 2:30pm to 4:20pm.
There will be a short talk on the history and principles of Tai Chi followed by a demonstration and guided instruction.
It’s free, open to the public, and no experience is needed. Please bring your friends and wear clothing suitable for exercise.
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese art for physical and mental health, which draws on principles of Chinese philosophy and Daoism. It is a great way to keep fit and relieve stress, and it’s also a ‘soft’ introduction for those who are interested in marital arts.
This is a PG and CC CLUE event.
