In an effort to rid the College of obsolete, broken, and unused equipment, the Office of Campus Planning and Facilities Management conducts campus-wide pickups of the equipment twice a year. The first pickup this calendar year is scheduled from Monday, Jan. 4 through Monday, Feb. 15. If you need equipment removed for discard, please forward an email to marilyn.ulrich@csi.cuny.edu; lillian.mcginn@csi.cuny.edu; or georganne.sassano@csi.cuny.edu stating what the equipment is, including the CUNY barcode tag, and the location of the equipment.

As the requests accumulate, Marilyn Ulrich of Facilities Management will contact each of you to set up a scheduled time to pick up the equipment. Please make your requests as early as possible. There is limited storage space and once we reach our capacity, all remaining requests will be held until the next salvage pick-up cycle.
