On Thursday afternoon, Mar. 9, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm (Club Hours) in Building 2N, Room 001, the Department of History will welcome Assistant Professor James Alexander Dun of Princeton University. Professor Dun is the author of Dangerous Neighbors: Making the Haitian Revolution in Early America, which was published last year by the University of Pennsylvania Press. He will be giving a lecture entitled, “Unthinking Revolution: Making a Haitian Revolution in Early America.” Following the lecture, there will be discussion with the audience.
Refreshments will be served, and all are invited.
