We have good news for all registered students: STI testing, physical exams, sick visits, nutrition sessions, and consultations are still available via secure video sessions. Visits are free and you don’t even have to leave your home. As always, the provider will assess and evaluate your condition and/or concern.
To make an appointment to “see” the nurse practitioner or nurse for a telehealth visit, email healthcenter@csi.cuny.edu. Please provide your name, EMPLID, and working telephone number where you can be reached. Our staff will email or call you to schedule an appointment. All calls from Health and Wellness to schedule appointments will come from a “No Caller ID” phone number.
If you are under 18 years old, please have your parent/guardian complete the Authorization for Treatment of a Minor form.
The nurse practitioner hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00am to 3:00pm and Wednesday, noon to 5:00pm. The nurse is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
