Information Technology is pleased to share technology updates about the Website’s homepage redesign and Chatbot initiatives.
Website Homepage
We are excited to share that the CSI home page will receive a facelift that aligns with the requests from the community. This new design and navigation structure was truly a collaborative process that involved feedback from faculty, staff, and students, as well as extensive analytical analysis by the vendor. Thank you. The new structure is very flexible and will allow for modules to be easily replaced. Lots of new content has been added, which truly tells the CSI story. It is also mobile friendly and ADA compliant. Go-live date is Thursday, June 13.
CSI Chatbot
Meet Danny. Look for our CSI Chatbot on the Admissions, Registrar, Academics and Research, and Financial Aid pages. You can directly ask Danny questions or use the convenient buttons, which have been programmed to take you to the associated Web pages. Danny is always learning. Please be patient since it is an evolving system. Danny will let you know if an answer cannot be provided to a question, and will provide you with an email prompt to assist you. Thank you to the Academic and Administrative areas who assisted with this project. We plan to go live with Danny on Monday, June 17.
