The Office of Academic Affairs is pleased to announce that the 2025 Undergraduate Conference on Research, Scholarship, and the Arts is scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 11:30am to 4:30pm in the Center for the Arts (Building 1P).
This event is one of the highlights of our academic calendar, showcasing the work and accomplishments of CSI’s talented undergraduate students with academic posters, artistic displays, and performances. We hope you will join us to support and celebrate our students and dedicated faculty mentors from across the College.
Mentors, particularly those who are supervising an independent study, are encouraged to solicit their students to participate in and take advantage of this valuable experience in public presentation/performance. Acceptance to present in the conference will be based on the quality and timeliness of the mentor-approved applications with highest priority given to submissions that stem from original research or in-depth extensions of previous research.
Student applications and abstract submissions are due Tuesday, Mar. 4, 2025 (no extensions).
Faculty mentor approval of all submissions is mandatory and must be in place by Thursday, Mar. 6, 2025.
