Friday, Feb. 14, 2025 is the Form A/Census date for the Spring 2025 semester. As stated in the academic calendar it is the:
- Last day to drop with a 25% tuition refund
- Last day to drop without a grade of W
- Last day to change or declare a major/minor to be effective in the spring term
- Last day to register for an independent study course for the spring term
- Last day for faculty to submit Verification of Enrollment (VOE) Rosters by 11:59pm
It is also the date that CUNY freezes our enrollment numbers to be reported to the state and National Student Clearing House. It is very important that all students including special programs are registered before 11:59pm on Friday, Feb. 14 otherwise they are not captured in our headcount.
