Director of Recruitment and Admissions

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Emmanuel Esperance, Jr. as Director of the Office of Recruitment and Admissions. Mr. Esperance was selected from among an impressive field of candidates resulting from a national search.

Mr. Esperance has significant years of experience in higher education and most recently held the position of Interim Director of Recruitment and Admissions at CSI. In addition, he has served in various roles at Brooklyn College and Baruch College. Mr. Esperance received his Master of Science in Education – Higher Education Administration from Baruch College, School of Public Affairs.

I would like to thank Professor George Sanchez and Mr. Philippe Marius, co-chairs of the search, and the other committee members for their diligence and insight.

The College of Staten Island is fortunate to welcome Mr. Esperance as Director of Recruitment and Admissions. I am confident that the College will continue to benefit from his leadership.
